Slow Cooker Meatloaf

A luxurious meatloaf featuring Wagyu beef, a rich red wine reduction, and a sophisticated blend of herbs and spices.
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine all Meatloaf ingredients and mix gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the slow cooker.
- In a saucepan, combine red wine and beef broth. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to simmer. Cook for 20-25 minutes, or until reduced by half.
- Stir in balsamic glaze and butter. Remove from heat.
- Pour the red wine reduction over the meatloaf.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Let rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
