Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine all Meatloaf ingredients and mix gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
  2. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the slow cooker.
  3. In a saucepan, combine red wine and beef broth. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to simmer. Cook for 20-25 minutes, or until reduced by half.
  4. Stir in balsamic glaze and butter. Remove from heat.
  5. Pour the red wine reduction over the meatloaf.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  7. Let rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
