  1. In a large bowl, combine all Meatloaf ingredients and mix gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
  2. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the slow cooker.
  3. In a separate small bowl, whisk together all Glaze ingredients.
  4. Pour the glaze over the meatloaf.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
