Slow Cooker Meatloaf
A slightly more refined meatloaf featuring a flavorful balsamic glaze and a blend of ground meats.

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine all Meatloaf ingredients and mix gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the slow cooker.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together all Glaze ingredients.
- Pour the glaze over the meatloaf.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
