Combine all Seasoning ingredients and rub evenly over the roast.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the Butter from the Sauce ingredients. Stir in the Ranch Dressing Mix, Au Jus Gravy Mix, Worcestershire Sauce, and Red Wine until well combined.
Pour the Sauce mixture over the roast.
Add the chopped Onion, Carrots, and Potatoes around the roast.
Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-5 hours, or until the roast is fork-tender.
Shred the roast with two forks and serve with the vegetables and sauce.
