Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine all Seasoning ingredients.
- Rub the seasoning mixture all over the Pork Tenderloin.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together all Sauce ingredients.
- Place the seasoned Pork Tenderloin in the slow cooker.
- Pour the Sauce over the Pork Tenderloin.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- Shred the pork with two forks and serve.
