Instructions
- Place the Chuck Roast in the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle the Roast with the Seasoning ingredients.
- Add the Vegetables around the Roast.
- Pour the Beef Broth and Red Wine over everything.
- Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours, or on high for 4-6 hours, until the roast is fork-tender.
- Remove Rosemary and Thyme sprigs before shredding the roast with two forks and serve with the vegetables and cooking liquid.
