Instructions
  1. Place the Chuck Roast in the slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle the Roast with the Seasoning ingredients.
  3. Add the Vegetables around the Roast.
  4. Pour the Beef Broth and Red Wine over everything.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours, or on high for 4-6 hours, until the roast is fork-tender.
  6. Remove Rosemary and Thyme sprigs before shredding the roast with two forks and serve with the vegetables and cooking liquid.
