2 tbsp Brown sugar
1 tbsp Smoked paprika

Instructions
  1. Combine all Dry Rub ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Rub the Dry Rub all over the Pork, ensuring it's evenly coated.
  3. Place the Pork in the slow cooker.
  4. Combine all Sauce ingredients in a bowl and pour over the Pork.
  5. Cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-6 hours, until the Pork is very tender.
  6. Shred the Pork with two forks.
  7. Mix the shredded Pork with the sauce in the slow cooker.
  8. Serve on buns, tacos, or nachos.
