Slow Cooker Ribs Recipe

Tender, flavorful ribs with a richer, more complex sauce featuring garlic and a touch of heat.
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine all Ribs ingredients and rub evenly over the ribs.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together all Sauce ingredients.
- Place ribs in the slow cooker.
- Pour Sauce over the ribs, ensuring they are well coated.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until ribs are very tender.
- During the last 30 minutes, remove the lid to allow the sauce to thicken.
- If desired, broil for 5-10 minutes to caramelize the sauce before serving.
