Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, gently combine all Burger Patties ingredients. Do not overmix.
  2. Divide the beef mixture into 4 equal portions and form into loose balls.
  3. Heat a large cast iron skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
  4. Place a beef ball on the hot surface and immediately smash it down very thin with a sturdy spatula. Repeat with remaining beef balls, leaving space between each patty.
  5. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until browned and crispy.
  6. While the burgers are cooking, prepare the Sauce by combining all Sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
  7. Warm the Corn Tortillas according to package directions.
  8. Assemble the tacos by filling each tortilla with a smashed burger patty, Shredded Lettuce, Diced Tomatoes, Shredded Cheddar Cheese, and a drizzle of Sauce. Top with Sour Cream.
  9. Serve immediately.
