1 pound Andouille Smoked Sausage-sliced
1 Red Bell Pepper-diced
1 Green Bell Pepper-diced
1 (28 ounce) can Crushed Tomatoes

A more flavorful smoked sausage pasta with the addition of bell peppers and a touch of red pepper flakes for heat.
Instructions
  1. Cook Pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. While pasta is cooking, heat Olive Oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add Onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add Garlic and cook for 1 minute more.
  4. Add Bell Peppers and cook until slightly softened, about 5 minutes.
  5. Add Andouille Smoked Sausage to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  6. Pour in Crushed Tomatoes, Dried Basil, Red Pepper Flakes, Salt, and Black Pepper. Bring to a simmer and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Add cooked Pasta to the skillet with the sauce and toss to combine.
  8. Serve immediately, garnished with Parmesan Cheese and Fresh Parsley.
