Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the Cream Cheese and Crème Fraîche. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  2. Gently fold in the flaked Steelhead, Lemon Juice, Chives, Dill, Garlic, Lemon Zest, Black Pepper, and Red Pepper Flakes.
  3. Mix well to combine. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
