Smoked Steelhead Dip

Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the Cream Cheese and Crème Fraîche. Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Gently fold in the flaked Steelhead, Lemon Juice, Chives, Dill, Garlic, Lemon Zest, Black Pepper, and Red Pepper Flakes.
- Mix well to combine. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled with your favorite crackers, vegetables, or baguette slices.
