Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake Duck Fat Fried Tater Tots according to package directions until golden brown and crispy.
  2. While tater tots are baking, prepare the Chorizo Gravy. In a large skillet, cook Spanish Chorizo over medium heat, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned and crispy.
