Instructions
  1. Season Pork Chops with Seasoning ingredients.
  2. Dredge Pork Chops in Coating, ensuring they are fully coated.
  3. Heat Vegetable Oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Sear Pork Chops for 3-4 minutes per side, until browned.
  5. Remove Pork Chops from skillet and set aside.
  6. Add Onion to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  7. Add Garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute more.
  8. Pour in Chicken Broth and Worcestershire Sauce, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.
  9. Add Dried Thyme to the Sauce.
  10. Return Pork Chops to the skillet.
  11. Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for 20-25 minutes, or until Pork Chops are cooked through.
  12. While Pork Chops are simmering, cook Rice according to package directions (typically by bringing Water to a boil, adding Rice, reducing heat to low, covering, and simmering for 15-20 minutes).
  13. Serve Smothered Pork Chops over Rice, spooning Sauce over the top.
