Prepare Blue Raspberry Puree: Blend 1 cup of fresh or frozen raspberries with 1/4 cup of water until smooth. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve to remove seeds.
In a large pitcher, combine all Base ingredients and stir well.
Add all Flavor ingredients, including the Blue Raspberry Puree, to the pitcher and stir until fully dissolved.
Taste and adjust sweetness as needed with additional Agave Nectar.
Chill for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld and the sparkling water to retain its fizz.
Serve over ice and garnish with dehydrated lime wheels and a sprinkle of edible glitter, if desired.
