Instructions
Rinse the Dried Hibiscus Flowers under cold water to remove any debris.
In a stainless steel pot, combine the Filtered Water, Hibiscus Flowers, Whole Cloves, Ginger, Ceylon Cinnamon Sticks, Freshly Grated Nutmeg, Ground Allspice, Star Anise, and Orange Zest.
Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer over medium heat, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 50 minutes, avoiding a rolling boil.
Remove from heat and stir in the Raw Honey until dissolved.
Let the tea steep, covered, for another 25 minutes.
Strain the tea through a fine-mesh sieve lined with cheesecloth to remove all solids.
Serve warm in warmed glasses, garnished with a Star Anise pod.
