1 large Yellow Onion-sliced
1 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp Fresh Chives-chopped

  1. Heat Olive Oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced Yellow Onion and cook, stirring occasionally, until deeply caramelized (about 20-25 minutes).
  3. Let the caramelized onions cool slightly.
  4. In a medium bowl, combine all Base ingredients and mix well until smooth.
  5. Add caramelized onions, Fresh Chives, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Black Pepper, and Salt to the bowl.
  6. Stir until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  8. Serve chilled with your favorite dippers.
