1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1/4 cup Greek Yogurt-plain
2 medium Onions-thinly sliced
1 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions
  1. Heat Olive Oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add Onions to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until deeply caramelized (about 20-25 minutes).
  3. Let the caramelized onions cool slightly.
  4. In a medium bowl, combine all Base ingredients.
  5. Add the cooled caramelized onions, Chives, Parsley, Garlic Powder, Salt, and Pepper to the bowl.
  6. Stir well until thoroughly combined.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld. Serve chilled with your favorite dippers.
