Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook Fettuccine according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Make Gruyère Sauce: Melt Butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in Flour and cook for 1-2 minutes. Gradually whisk in Heavy Cream until smooth. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer for 5-7 minutes, or until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in Gruyère Cheese, Sherry, White Pepper, and Nutmeg until cheese is melted and smooth.
In a large bowl, combine Cooked Fettuccine, Lobster Meat, and Gruyère Sauce. Stir gently to coat evenly.
Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a small bowl, combine Panko Bread Crumbs, Melted Butter, Parsley, and Chives. Sprinkle evenly over the noodle mixture.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown. Broil for the last 2 minutes for extra color.
