Instructions
  1. Cook Ramen Noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a small saucepan, gently warm the Dashi. Do not boil.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together Japanese Sour Cream, Eggs, Milk, and warm Dashi.
  4. Add the cooked Ramen Noodles, Aromatics, and Seasoning to the wet ingredients. Mix gently to combine.
  5. Heat Avocado Oil in a large skillet or griddle over medium-low heat.
  6. Pour 1/4 cup of the Ramen mixture onto the hot skillet for each pancake. Flatten slightly.
  7. Cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy. Adjust heat as needed to prevent burning.
  8. Garnish with Crispy Nori before serving.
