Sour Cream Onion Ramen Pancakes

A sophisticated take on ramen pancakes featuring a dashi-infused sour cream, premium nori, and a delicate balance of flavors.
Instructions
- Cook Ramen Noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a small saucepan, gently warm the Dashi. Do not boil.
- In a large bowl, whisk together Japanese Sour Cream, Eggs, Milk, and warm Dashi.
- Add the cooked Ramen Noodles, Aromatics, and Seasoning to the wet ingredients. Mix gently to combine.
- Heat Avocado Oil in a large skillet or griddle over medium-low heat.
- Pour 1/4 cup of the Ramen mixture onto the hot skillet for each pancake. Flatten slightly.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy. Adjust heat as needed to prevent burning.
- Garnish with Crispy Nori before serving.
