1/2 cup Sour Cream
2 Large Eggs
1/4 cup Milk
1/2 Yellow Onion - finely diced

Instructions
  1. Cook Ramen Noodles according to package directions. Drain and discard the seasoning packet.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together all Wet Ingredients and Sesame Oil.
  3. Add the cooked Ramen Noodles, Aromatics, and Seasoning to the wet ingredients. Mix well to combine.
  4. Heat Vegetable Oil in a large skillet or griddle over medium heat.
  5. Pour 1/4 cup of the Ramen mixture onto the hot skillet for each pancake. Flatten slightly.
  6. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Garnish with additional Scallions before serving.
