Sour Cream Onion Ramen Pancakes
A slightly more refined version of ramen pancakes with fresh scallions and a touch of sesame oil for added flavor.

Sour Cream

A slightly more refined version of ramen pancakes with fresh scallions and a touch of sesame oil for added flavor.
Instructions
- Cook Ramen Noodles according to package directions. Drain and discard the seasoning packet.
- In a large bowl, whisk together all Wet Ingredients and Sesame Oil.
- Add the cooked Ramen Noodles, Aromatics, and Seasoning to the wet ingredients. Mix well to combine.
- Heat Vegetable Oil in a large skillet or griddle over medium heat.
- Pour 1/4 cup of the Ramen mixture onto the hot skillet for each pancake. Flatten slightly.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Garnish with additional Scallions before serving.
