In a large skillet, cook the Bacon until crispy. Remove bacon with a slotted spoon and set aside, leaving the bacon grease in the skillet.
Add the Onion to the skillet with the bacon grease and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add the Garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
In a large bowl, combine the Beans, Sauce ingredients, cooked Bacon, and the onion-garlic mixture. Stir well to combine.
Pour the bean mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Cover with foil and bake for 3 hours. Remove the foil and bake for another 30 minutes, or until bubbly and slightly thickened.
Let cool slightly before serving.
