Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together all Marinade ingredients.
- Place chicken thighs in a slow cooker and pour the marinade over them. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- While chicken is cooking, prepare the Slaw by combining all Slaw ingredients in a bowl and mixing well. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Shred the cooked chicken with two forks.
- In a small bowl, combine all Sauce ingredients.
- Add the shredded chicken to the Sauce and stir to coat.
- Warm the tortillas according to package directions.
- Fill each tortilla with BBQ chicken and Slaw. Serve immediately.
