In a large bowl, combine all Meatloaf ingredients (except bacon). Mix gently until just combined – do not overmix.
Gently fold in the crumbled bacon.
Shape the mixture into a loaf and place in a loaf pan.
In a small saucepan, combine all BBQ Glaze ingredients. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened.
Spread half of the BBQ Glaze over the meatloaf.
Bake for 60 minutes. Spread the remaining BBQ Glaze over the meatloaf during the last 15 minutes of baking.
Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
