A sophisticated chicken salad featuring high-quality ingredients and a touch of sweetness from fig jam and candied pecans.
Instructions
- Prepare the Homemade Aioli (recipe not included, use a high-quality store-bought version if preferred).
- In a large bowl, combine the Aioli, Dijon Mustard, Fig Jam, White Pepper, and Sea Salt. Mix well.
- Add the shredded Roasted Chicken and stir to coat evenly.
- Gently fold in the Celery, Shallots, Green Grapes, Candied Pecans, Chives, and Tarragon.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve on artisan bread, toasted brioche, or with gourmet crackers.
