Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. Prepare the Cornbread: Follow the cornbread instructions from the standard recipe.
  3. In a large skillet, cook the Pork Sausage over medium heat, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned. Drain off any excess grease.
  4. Add the Butter to the skillet with the sausage. Add the Onion and Celery and cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes. Add the Garlic and cook for 1 minute more.
  5. Add the crumbled Cornbread to the skillet. Pour in the Chicken Broth and Heavy Cream and stir to combine. Season with Sage, Thyme, Rosemary, Pepper, and Salt.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
