First, prepare the Walnut Vinaigrette: In a small bowl, whisk together all Walnut Vinaigrette ingredients until emulsified.
In a medium bowl, combine all Ham and Fruit & Vegetables ingredients.
Pour the Walnut Vinaigrette over the ham mixture and stir gently to combine.
Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
Garnish with Toasted Walnuts before serving.
Serve on artisan bread, endive spears, or as part of a charcuterie board.
