  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the Eggs, Milk, Dry Mustard, Salt, and Pepper.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the bread and sausage mixture, ensuring everything is evenly coated. Let stand for 10 minutes to allow the bread to absorb the liquid.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of Cheddar Cheese over the top.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until golden brown and set.
