An indulgent and sophisticated take on spaghetti chip nachos, featuring succulent lobster, a creamy truffle cheese sauce, and delicate microgreens.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Make the Truffle Cheese Sauce: In a saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Gradually whisk in Heavy Cream until warm.
- Reduce heat to low and stir in Gruyère Cheese until melted and smooth. Stir in White Truffle Oil and Nutmeg.
- Spread Spaghetti Chips in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Top with chopped Lobster Meat and Truffle Cheese Sauce.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Garnish with Microgreens, Chives, and a pinch of Smoked Paprika. Serve immediately.
