Instructions
  1. Cook Pasta according to package directions. Reserve 1/4 cup pasta water before draining. Set aside.
  2. Prepare the Calabrian Chili Oil. In a small saucepan, heat Olive Oil over low heat. Add Garlic and Calabrian Chili Paste. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until fragrant. Remove from heat and let cool.
  3. While pasta is cooking, prepare the Avocado Spread. In a medium bowl, mash Avocados until smooth. Stir in Lime Juice, Smoked Paprika, Garlic Powder, Salt, and Black Pepper.
  4. Spread Avocado Spread evenly over cooked Pasta. Add a splash of reserved pasta water if needed to create a creamy consistency.
  5. Toast Artisanal Bread to desired level of crispness. Drizzle with Calabrian Chili Oil.
  6. Place Pasta mixture onto toasted Bread slices. Top with Burrata Cheese and Microgreens. Serve immediately.
