Instructions
  1. Cook Chicken Nuggets according to package directions.
  2. Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together Soy Sauce, Sriracha, Sesame Oil, Mirin, Rice Vinegar, minced Garlic, and grated Ginger.
  3. Cook Ramen Noodles according to package directions, discarding the seasoning packet.
  4. During the last minute of noodle cooking, add chopped Bok Choy to the pot to blanch.
  5. Drain Ramen Noodles and Bok Choy. Add them to a bowl. Pour Sauce over noodles and vegetables and toss to coat.
  6. Top with cooked Chicken Nuggets, Green Onion, and Sesame Seeds.
  7. Serve immediately.
