Instructions
- Cook Chicken Nuggets according to package directions.
- Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together Soy Sauce, Sriracha, Sesame Oil, Mirin, Rice Vinegar, minced Garlic, and grated Ginger.
- Cook Ramen Noodles according to package directions, discarding the seasoning packet.
- During the last minute of noodle cooking, add chopped Bok Choy to the pot to blanch.
- Drain Ramen Noodles and Bok Choy. Add them to a bowl. Pour Sauce over noodles and vegetables and toss to coat.
- Top with cooked Chicken Nuggets, Green Onion, and Sesame Seeds.
- Serve immediately.
