  2. Combine all Sauce ingredients in a bowl and whisk together. Set aside.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  5. Add the garlic and onion to the skillet and cook until softened.
  6. Pour the Sauce over the chicken and vegetables and bring to a simmer.
  7. Add the cooked rice noodles, bean sprouts, and scrambled eggs to the skillet and toss to combine.
  8. Cook until heated through.
