Instructions
  1. Prepare Pickled Fresno Peppers: Combine all Pickled Fresno Pepper ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes. Let cool completely.
  2. In a bowl, combine all Chicken ingredients and mix well. Let marinate for 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add marinated chicken and cook until fully cooked, about 8-10 minutes. Shred the chicken.
  4. Warm flatbreads.
  5. Spread a generous layer of Labneh over each flatbread.
  6. Top with shredded chicken, pickled Fresno peppers, sliced pickles, sliced red onion, and fresh dill.
  7. Serve immediately.
