Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all Chicken ingredients and mix well. Let marinate for 20 minutes.
- While chicken marinates, prepare the Sauce by combining all Sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Mix well and set aside.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add marinated chicken and cook until fully cooked, about 8-10 minutes. Shred the chicken.
- Warm naan bread according to package directions.
- Spread a layer of Sauce over each naan bread.
- Top with shredded chicken, sliced pickles, sliced red onion, and shredded Monterey Jack cheese.
- Serve immediately.
