Instructions
- Marinate Chicken in Buttermilk, Salt, and Pepper for at least 30 minutes.
- Prepare Sauce by combining all Sauce ingredients in a bowl and whisking well.
- Prepare Slaw by combining all Slaw ingredients in a bowl and mixing well.
- Dredge marinated Chicken in flour, Paprika, and Garlic powder.
- Fry Chicken in hot oil (350°F/175°C) until golden brown and cooked through (about 6-8 minutes).
- Toss fried Chicken in prepared Sauce.
- Warm tortillas. Fill each tortilla with Chicken and Slaw. Wrap and serve.
