Instructions
  1. Marinate Chicken in Buttermilk, Salt, and Pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare Sauce by combining all Sauce ingredients in a bowl and whisking well.
  3. Prepare Slaw by combining all Slaw ingredients in a bowl and mixing well.
  4. Dredge marinated Chicken in flour, Paprika, and Garlic powder.
  5. Fry Chicken in hot oil (350°F/175°C) until golden brown and cooked through (about 6-8 minutes).
  6. Toss fried Chicken in prepared Sauce.
  7. Warm tortillas. Fill each tortilla with Chicken and Slaw. Wrap and serve.
