Instructions
  1. Marinate Chicken in Buttermilk and Hot Sauce for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare Sauce by combining all Sauce ingredients in a bowl and whisking well.
  3. Prepare Chipotle Crema by combining all Chipotle Crema ingredients in a bowl and mixing well.
  4. Prepare Slaw by combining all Slaw ingredients in a bowl and mixing well.
  5. Dredge marinated Chicken in flour, Smoked Paprika, and Cayenne pepper.
  6. Fry Chicken in hot oil (350°F/175°C) until golden brown and cooked through (about 6-8 minutes).
  7. Toss fried Chicken in prepared Sauce.
  8. Warm tortillas. Fill each tortilla with Chicken, Slaw, and a drizzle of Chipotle Crema. Wrap and serve.
