Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  3. Cook Bacon until crispy. Crumble and set aside.
  4. Roll out the Flatbread dough to desired thickness and place on a baking sheet.
  5. In a saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute.
  6. Gradually whisk in Milk until smooth. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly.
  7. Reduce heat and stir in Cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, Garlic powder, Smoked paprika, Cayenne pepper, Salt, and Black pepper until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth.
  8. Add cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and stir to combine.
  9. Spread the Mac & Cheese mixture evenly over the Flatbread dough.
  10. Sprinkle with crumbled Bacon.
  11. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and bubbly.
  12. Sprinkle with Chopped green onions before serving.
