1 tsp Cornstarch
8 oz Lo Mein Noodles

Instructions
  1. Marinate Chicken with Soy Sauce and Cornstarch for 10 minutes.
  2. Cook Noodles according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  3. While noodles are cooking, stir-fry Chicken in a wok or large skillet until cooked through. Set aside.
  4. Prepare the Sauce. In a medium bowl, whisk together Peanut Butter, Soy Sauce, Rice Vinegar, Sesame Oil, Maple Syrup, Sriracha, Garlic, Ginger, and Hoisin Sauce until smooth.
  5. Add the cooked Noodles and stir-fried Chicken to the bowl with the Sauce and toss to coat evenly.
  6. Garnish with Chopped Peanuts, Chopped Green Onions, and Sesame Seeds. Serve immediately.
