Instructions
  1. Prepare the Charred Pineapple Mango Salsa: Grill pineapple and mango slices until slightly charred. Dice and combine with remaining salsa ingredients. Set aside.
  2. Prepare the Avocado Crema: Blend all Avocado Crema ingredients until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
  3. In a bowl, combine all Shrimp ingredients and toss to coat. Let marinate for 20 minutes.
  4. Heat Grapeseed Oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through.
  5. Warm tortillas on a dry skillet or over an open flame.
  6. Assemble tacos: Fill each tortilla with shrimp, top with shredded radicchio, Charred Pineapple Mango Salsa, and a drizzle of Avocado Crema.
