Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all Shrimp ingredients and toss to coat. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
- While shrimp marinates, prepare the Pineapple Mango Salsa. In a separate bowl, combine all Pineapple Mango Salsa ingredients and mix well. Set aside.
- Prepare the Chipotle Crema: In a small bowl, combine all Chipotle Crema ingredients and mix well. Set aside.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add marinated shrimp and cook for 3-5 minutes, or until pink and cooked through.
- Warm tortillas according to package directions.
- Assemble tacos: Fill each tortilla with shrimp, top with shredded purple cabbage, Pineapple Mango Salsa, and a drizzle of Chipotle Crema.
