Spicy Tuna Avocado Sliders
A slightly more refined version with a homemade wasabi mayo and toasted buns.

Sushi Grade Tuna-diced
1/4 cup
Avocado-diced
1 tbsp
Soy Sauce
1 tsp
Sesame Oil
1/2 tsp
Sriracha

A slightly more refined version with a homemade wasabi mayo and toasted buns.
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine all Tuna Salad ingredients and mix gently.
- In a small bowl, whisk together all Wasabi Mayo ingredients until smooth.
- Lightly toast the slider buns.
- Spread Wasabi Mayo on both halves of the toasted slider buns.
- Spoon the tuna salad onto the bottom halves of the buns.
- Garnish with pickled ginger, if desired.
- Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately.

Instructions
