A sophisticated pizza featuring a sourdough crust, a creamy spinach artichoke base enriched with mascarpone, finished with prosciutto, a lemon zest drizzle, and a sprinkle of red pepper flakes.
Preheat oven to 500°F (260°C) with a pizza stone inside.
Prepare the Crust: Stretch or roll out the Sourdough Pizza Dough to a thin crust and place on a lightly floured pizza peel.
Make the Spinach Artichoke Base: In a medium bowl, combine all Spinach Artichoke Base ingredients and mix well.
Spread the Base: Spread the Spinach Artichoke Base evenly over the pizza crust, leaving a small border.
Add Toppings: Arrange the torn Fresh Mozzarella and Prosciutto over the base.
