Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Roast the Garlic: Cut the top off the Garlic head, drizzle with Olive Oil, wrap in foil, and roast for 45-60 minutes, or until soft. Let cool, then squeeze out the roasted garlic cloves.
  3. Prepare the Crust: Roll out or stretch the Pizza Dough to your desired thickness and place on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  4. Make the Spinach Artichoke Filling: In a medium bowl, combine all Spinach Artichoke Filling ingredients, including the roasted garlic, and mix well.
  5. Spread the Filling: Evenly spread the Spinach Artichoke Filling over the pizza crust, leaving a small border for the crust.
  6. Add the Topping: Sprinkle the Mozzarella Cheese and Parmesan Cheese evenly over the filling.
  7. Bake: Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Cool slightly before slicing and serving.
