A richer and more flavorful pumpkin spice latte featuring homemade pumpkin spice blend and a touch of maple syrup.
Instructions
  1. Combine all Pumpkin Spice Blend ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine all Pumpkin Puree Mixture ingredients and heat over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly, until warmed through.
  3. Brew espresso.
  4. Heat Milk in a separate saucepan or microwave until hot but not boiling.
  5. Add the warmed pumpkin puree mixture and Vanilla extract to the hot milk. Stir well to combine.
  6. Pour the espresso into a mug, then top with the pumpkin spice milk mixture.
  7. Garnish with Whipped cream and a pinch of Pumpkin Spice Blend.
