Instructions
Prepare the Crepes: Whisk together the Flour, Milk, Eggs, Melted Butter, and Sugar until smooth. Heat a lightly oiled crepe pan or non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the hot pan and swirl to create a thin crepe. Cook for 1-2 minutes per side, or until golden brown. Repeat with remaining batter.
Prepare the Strawberry Filling: In a bowl, combine the quartered Strawberries, Grand Marnier, and Lemon Juice. Gently toss and let macerate for at least 30 minutes.
