Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a large bowl, gently combine all Meatloaf ingredients. Avoid overmixing to maintain tenderness.
- Divide the meat mixture in half. Flatten one half into a loaf shape on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Sprinkle the Filling evenly over the meatloaf base.
- Top with the remaining meat mixture, carefully sealing in the filling.
- In a small saucepan, gently warm the Truffle oil and Red wine reduction for the Glaze.
- Brush the glaze evenly over the meatloaf.
- Bake for 75-90 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 155°F (68°C) for medium-rare.
- Let rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
