Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine all Meatloaf ingredients. Mix gently to avoid overmixing.
- Divide the meat mixture in half. Flatten one half into a loaf shape on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle the Filling evenly over the meatloaf base.
- Top with the remaining meat mixture, sealing in the filling.
- In a small bowl, whisk together all Glaze ingredients.
- Spread the glaze evenly over the meatloaf.
- Bake for 60-75 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
