1 tsp Garlic-minced
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 lb Italian sausage-cooked and crumbled

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Unroll croissant dough sheet and spread Sauce evenly over the surface.
  3. Combine Italian sausage, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and basil in a bowl. Mix well.
  4. Sprinkle Filling evenly over the sauce.
  5. Roll up the dough tightly into a log.
  6. Cut the log into 6 equal slices.
  7. Place slices cut-side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Whisk together Egg Wash ingredients and brush over the croissants.
  9. Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
