Stuffed Pizza Croissants
Flaky croissants filled with a flavorful Italian sausage and mozzarella mixture, enhanced with fresh herbs.

Pizza sauce
1 tsp
Garlic-minced
1/2 tsp
Italian seasoning

Italian sausage-cooked and crumbled

Flaky croissants filled with a flavorful Italian sausage and mozzarella mixture, enhanced with fresh herbs.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll croissant dough sheet and spread Sauce evenly over the surface.
- Combine Italian sausage, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and basil in a bowl. Mix well.
- Sprinkle Filling evenly over the sauce.
- Roll up the dough tightly into a log.
- Cut the log into 6 equal slices.
- Place slices cut-side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Whisk together Egg Wash ingredients and brush over the croissants.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
