Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Shuck the clams, reserving the bottom shells and clam meat. Clean the shells thoroughly.
  3. Chop the clam meat into small pieces.
  4. In a large bowl, combine all Filling ingredients with the chopped clam meat. Mix well.
  5. Stuff each clam shell generously with the filling mixture.
  6. Arrange the stuffed clams in a baking dish.
  7. In a small saucepan, combine all Sauce ingredients. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  8. Pour the sauce over the stuffed clams.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
