Instructions
To make Chipotle Powder: Toast dried chipotle peppers, cumin seeds, and oregano in a dry skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes, until fragrant. Let cool slightly, then grind to a fine powder using a spice grinder or mortar and pestle.
Combine all Sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Mix well until fully combined and smooth.
Taste and adjust seasoning as needed, adding more chipotle powder for heat or lime juice for tanginess.
