Instructions
  1. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon with a slotted spoon and set aside, leaving bacon fat in the skillet.
  2. Add Onion and Red bell pepper to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add Corn and Lima beans to the skillet and cook for another 5-7 minutes, or until heated through.
  4. Stir in Butter, Salt, and Black pepper.
  5. Return bacon to the skillet and stir to combine. Serve immediately.
